PREPARATION

Don’t waste time grating your chocolate:

  1. Put two blocks of chocolate per cup in very hot milk or water and stir until the chocolate is totally melted.
  2. Once the chocolate is melted, put the recipient over the stove and slowly heat it up while stirring until the chocolate mix starts to boil. Remove from the stove and stir it up for a while. You should get a thick and rich hot beverage. The more chocolate you add, the thicker your beverage will be.
